Fly in to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (FRU)

Arrive Bishkek
Journey to Kochkor (3hrs)
Learn how traditional Kyrgyz Carpets are made
Continue your journey to Naryn where you will learn how to cook some traditional Kyrgyz food
Day 3 (B/L/D)
Journey to Shabyr (2.5hrs)
Short 2km, 40min walk to our Forest Yurt Camp
2hr hike through the forest & hills to Maky Baike's forest nursery where we will learn about his life and conservation work
Day 4 (B/L/D)
Shabyr Gorge Hike up to Moldo Ashuu pass, 9.2km, 3.5hrs hike
Journey to Song Kol Lake Yurt Camp
Day 5 (B/L/D)
Journey to Bokonbayevo Village & meet the Eagle Hunters
Traditional Golden Eagle Hunting Demonstration on Horseback
Day 6 (B/L/D)
Journey to Fairytale Canyon
Visit Traditional Yurt Makers
Barskoon Village Yurt Building Demo
Karakol City, Dungan Mosque & Orthodox Church

Journey to Ak Suu by traditional Russian military vehicle
Continue journey / hike on foot to Altyn Arashan, a gorgeous valley known as the land of hot springs
Take a dip in the hot springs before returning to Karakol
Day 8 (B/L/D)
Enjoy a cruise on the Issyk-Kul Lake, with the Tien Shan mountains in the background. Jump into its cold, refreshing waters for a swim! Journey to Chon Kemin Valley.

2 - 3hr Horseback Ride through Chon Kemin Valley
