Upon booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. CANCELLATION BY ADVENTURER
1.1 Cancellation of booking must be made and confirmed by email to avoid any misunderstanding.
1.2 The cancellation policy stated here on our website applies once any booking is made.
2. CANCELLATION BY ADVENTURE TOGETHER SG
2.1 Adventure Together SG acts as an agent for service suppliers. After payment, all arrangements (including but not limited to accommodations, guides, activities) is subject to final confirmation by service suppliers. In the event service suppliers are unable to confirm service, Adventure Together Sg reserves the right to find an alternative service supplier.
2.2 Force Majeure. In no event shall Adventure Together SG be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligation of offering the activity arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control.
Such forces include, but not limited to, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, natural catastrophes or acts of God. It is being understood that Adventure Together SG will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
2.3 Adventure Together SG may recommend alternative tours either to the same destination or other tours, based on the current tour fare of that cancellation period. Should the Customer decide not to accept the alternatives, refund up to 30% will be made accordingly by the Company without further obligation or liabilities on the part of the Company and that the Customer shall be deemed to have agreed to release the Company from all liabilities or damages in connection with the cancellation. There shall be no claim for inconvenience, loss of leave and transportation cost due to the cancellation of tour.
2.4 The Company acts as an agent for service suppliers. After deposit or full payment has been made, all arrangements are still subject to final confirmation by service suppliers. At times due to low subscription for a group tour, the Company may choose to cancel the entire tour fourteen (14) days prior to departure.
2.5 The Company shall also not be held liable for any contingent costs incurred by the Customer arising from the cancellation.
3. CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19
3.1 Refunds of the activity amount will be offered on a pro-rated basis because of one the events below: - Travel bans from Singapore into destination country imposed by government - Travel bans from destination country into Singapore imposed by governmentIn one of the events occur, a pro-rated refund will be offered for services already paid for but have been unable to use. There shall be no claim for inconvenience, loss of leave and transportation cost.
3.2 General activity cancellation policy stated in 1.2 will apply to the following events, including but not limited to:
- Contracting COVID-19 prior or during the activity
- Family member contracting COVID-19 prior or during the activity
- Disinclination to travel
3.3 The Company may recommend alternative tours either to the same destination or other tours, based on the current tour fare of that cancellation period. Should the Customer decide not to accept the alternatives, a full refund on the amount paid by the Customer will be made accordingly by the Company without further obligation or liabilities on the part of the Company and that the Customer shall be deemed to have agreed to release the Company from all liabilities or damages in connection with the cancellation. There shall be no claim for inconvenience, loss of leave and transportation cost due to the cancellation of tour.

4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that he / she has a valid passport with minimum 6 month validity from the date of scheduled return to Singapore, as well as the necessary visas, vaccinations and any other travel documents required by government authorities of the travel destination.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
5.1 Arrangement of travel insurance coverage is strongly recommended with respect to unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellation, activity cancellation, loss of deposit, baggage, personal accident, injury, illness, etc. Under no circumstances shall Adventure Together SG be construed as a carrier under a contract for safe carriage of the Customer or his/her baggage and other personal belongings.
5.2 Adventure Together SG shall not be responsible for any loss or damage in relation to flight cancellation, activity cancellation, loss of personal baggage, accidents, injuries and illness.
6. AMENDMENT TO TOUR ITINERARY AND PARTICIPATION BY ADVENTURE TOGETHER SG
The details in this programme are regularly updated but unforeseeable circumstances may result in inaccuracies. In order to provide the adventure which is best suited to your demands, the weather and the operational conditions, changes to the itinerary may be made.
For safety reasons, we reserve the rights to interrupt your participation at any time if your fitness is deemed unsuitable or if you are seen as a danger to yourself or to those around you. Under no circumstances would these situations give rise to a refund or compensation. You should ensure that you are properly insured to protect yourself against these risks.
7. PRICING POLICY
7.1 The activity fare includes accommodation, local transport and activity programme as stipulated in the itinerary.
7.2 The activity fare excludes airfare, any additional airline or airport authorities charges, visa fees, travel insurance, meals and local transfer not stated in itinerary (e.g., free & easy day), gratuities and personal expenses.
8. RESPONSIBILITY
8.1 Adventure Together SG acts as an agent for the carriers, transportation companies, hotels and other principals of the tour packages. The Company accepts no responsibility for any injuries, losses, damages, accidents, flight cancellations, delays, theft, quarantine, customs regulations, strikes, weather hazards, political unrest, changes in itineraries, deportation or refusal of entry by Immigration Authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause damage to person or property. Any losses and/or expenses incurred are the responsibility of the passenger. Ensuring all proper travel documentation is in place is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
8.2 The failure of the Customer to follow reasonable instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out places or times or other cause and the losses and/or expenses resulting therefore shall be borne by the Customer.
8.3 Adventure Together SG reserves the right to: - Alter tour itineraries, travel arrangements, accommodation due to unforeseen changes - Require any individual to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his / her behaviour is detrimental to or incompatible with the health, safety, interests, harmony and welfare of the other tour participants and the tour group as a whole. Under such circumstances, the Company shall be under no liability thereafter to any such person.
8.4 On certain trips, Adventure Together SG will assign certain people as trip leaders, also known as hosts. These hosts are community leaders of Adventure Together SG as they have been vetted by us or other members of the community. However, they do not directly represent Adventure Together SG and we cannot be held responsible for the actions or opinions of our community leaders.
9. COMPLAINT & CLAIM
Should you encounter a problem during your tour, please inform the Adventure Together SG community leader or our local partner immediately, who will try to make things right. If the matter was not resolved locally, please submit a feedback to Adventure Together SG in writing within seven (7) days from the date of return.
It is important to provide us the information quickly. Please quote your Adventure Booking Invoice number and all relevant information. Failure to follow this procedure may delay or deny us the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem, which may affect the way your complaint is dealt with and your rights under this contract.
10. INDEMNITY
You confirm that you are participating this activity organized by Adventure Together SG voluntarily and that you are fully aware of the possible risks involved and accept the same, notwithstanding the fact that this activity is intended only for those without known medical problems and who are able to participate in physical activities.
Adventure Together SG and its employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for death, personal injuries, loss or damage to property of any participant resulting from unforeseeable events occurring pursuant to the date of the agreement and other causes arising from any cause in connection with the activity, except for negligence on its part, in compliance with the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.
Adventure Together SG reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his / her behaviour is detrimental to or incompatible with the health, safety, interests, harmony and welfare of the other tour participants and the tour group as a whole. Under such circumstances, the Company shall be under no liability thereafter to any such person.
11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release the Company, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for: - Personal injury, illness, or death - Property loss or damage - Financial loss or expenses (e.g., cancellations, delays) And waive any claims or legal actions against the Company arising out of risks inherent in the trips and actions of community leaders or third-party service providers.
12. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES & ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
12.1 Compliance: Participants agree to: - Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the Company, Community Leaders, or any third-party providers - Refrain from engaging in unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior 12.2 Personal Health: You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in activities.
12.3 Equipment and Belongings: You must take reasonable care of your belongings and equipment. The Company is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft.
12.4 You acknowledge that the Trips involve activities that may include risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death, including but not limited to:
- Outdoor adventures, hiking, skiing, water sports, or other physical activities
- Unpredictable weather conditions, rough terrains, or natural hazards
- Transportation delays, accidents, or third-party negligence
12.5 Voluntary Participation: You understand and accept all risks associated with the Trips and voluntarily choose to participate. You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness, health conditions, and suitability for these activities.
13. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS (COMMUNITY LEADERS)
13.1 Community leaders, guides, or facilitators ("Community Leaders") are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.
13.2 The Company does not control or supervise Community Leaders and cannot be held liable for their:
- Recommendations or advice
- Actions or omissions during the Trip
13.3 Participants acknowledge that any advice, suggestions, or encouragement from Community Leaders is provided independently, and participation is at their own discretion and risk.
14. MARKETING
I give permission to Adventure Together SG to publish photos and videos of me in their marketing material and I understand that any photos of myself that I disapprove will be taken down upon my request. Adventure Together SG reserves the right to share your collected personal information (name, email, number, birthday) with relevant partners and participants.
16. OTHERS
Adventure Together SG reserves the right to change, amend, insert or delete any Tour Booking Terms and Conditions contained within this document, as the case may be, without prior notice. The Tour Booking Terms and Conditions complement those Terms and Conditions contained in the relevant documents provided by third party service providers such as tour providers, airlines or cruise tickets, hotel check-ins etc.
