A professional commercial photographer, founder of Ugly Carrot Studio as well as talented underwater photographer..
Toh Xing Jie has worked on campaigns for some of the world's largest and most recognised brands, photographed international events, as well as won multiple awards for his stunning underwater photography.
Some of his clients include: SK-II, Johnsons & Johnsons, Nikon and Sephora. XJ has also worked in Art Direction alongside creative industry giants such as BBDO, Gyro and VMLY. International events XJ has covered include concerts for Jay Chou, Coldplay, UFC & ONE FC Fights.
A Nikon School appointed instructor, XJ has conducted photography workshops for Nikon as well as Epson.

Conducted on Lembeh Island, Indonesia - a world renown spot for muck aka macro diving. Begin your underwater photography journey with Toh Xing Jie (XJ), winner of the 2023 Nature Photographer of the Year award.
XJ is also the first Singaporean and youngest winner to have won the ADEX Photo of the Year award in both 2022 and 2023.
During this course you will be introduced to the realm of underwater photography and learn about the use of both constant light and flash in underwater photography.
